Welcome to our 2025 Bank Logo March Madness Tournament! Just like the annual college basketball spectacle, we’re bringing the same level of excitement to the world of banking.
This year, 32 innovative bank logos will go head-to-head in a knockout-style tournament. They will be judged through a series of rounds, advancing on the basis of their appeal, as judged by a panel. Your task, as with traditional March Madness tourneys, is to predict who will come out on top, bracket by bracket. Readers who submit a perfect bracket will win a free feature, and the bank with the winning logo will receive a free feature, as well!
How to Play
- Fill out your bracket predicting which bank logos will advance, using whatever criteria you deem applicable: style, font choice, design, color, a successful encapsulation of a bank brand, etc.
- Post an image of your completed bracket in our LinkedIn post related to this story by Tuesday, March 18th at 6 PM EST.
- If your bracket is perfect, you’ll win a free featured story on Banking+!

- Using Google Maps, we searched “banks” in various places of the U.S.
- Disqualifiers:

- Any bank with the word First in its name
- Banks over $5Billion
- Credit Unions
- Sorry! We’ll work on having special bracket tournaments just for these subsets later:
- Our editorial and design teams looked at numerous bank logos, and the ones found to be interesting, clever, unique, memorable, or noteworthy, were added to the list.
- The brackets and matchups were arranged by the bank’s age.
